Next Step Rec

Basic Needs Physical Activity

We offer both traditional and non-traditional sports, recreation, and fitness for all ages, with healthy competition in a safe environment.  Next Step Rec creates an opportunity to invite our neighbors, build relationships, exercise, and fight isolation in our community. We like to offer free or low cost options for fitness classes (i.e. yoga, Zumba, cardio drumming). We also offer drop in sports like pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Our schedule and offerings change as more people volunteer their time and skills.    We are located at Dexter United Methodist Church.
