Breath by Breath: Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

Join us in a supportive environment to learn what mindfulness meditation is, and try several short guided meditations. Come to the session with a curious mind, dressed comfortably, and be prepared to welcome a time of being, and not doing. Great for folks who are new to mindfulness or who want a refresher of the basics!
