Finish out the month with a short and sweet 30-minute guided mindfulness meditation practice!
Our Mindful Month-End Practice happens on the last Tuesday of each month. This is a free ongoing drop-in opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation with those in the Dexter area and beyond. Sessions are guided by experienced mindfulness practitioners/facilitators. The sessions have no religious affiliation and are appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Brought to you by the Dexter Wellness Coalition, which is part of 5HealthyTowns.org.
All are welcome, whether you’re brand-new to meditation or a seasoned veteran!
