Mindfulness Meditation

Our Third Thursday practice will be OUTDOORS and IN-PERSON this month! This is a short, 30-minute practice to help anchor your week.
- We’ll meet on the back (southeast) corner of the wellness center lawn. Bring a chair or a blanket to sit on. Parking at the wellness center is free.
- Social distancing expected. Masks are welcome but not required at this outdoor practice.
