Mindfulness Meditation

On the second Saturday of each month, we gather for a one-hour practice consisting of 20-30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by a short discussion around a mindfulness topic. It’s a great way to start your weekend mindfully!
For this month’s Second Saturday practice, we’ll meet OUTDOORS and IN-PERSON on the back lawn of the Dexter Wellness Center.
- Bring a chair or a blanket to sit on. Parking at the wellness center is free.
- Please note the new location—we will meet on the back (southeast) corner of the Wellness Center lawn—NOT at the library terrace, because Dexter Daze will be in full swing.
- Social distancing expected. Masks are welcome but not required at this outdoor practice.
