Second Saturday Meditation

On the second Saturday of each month, we gather for a one-hour practice consisting of 20-30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by a short discussion around a mindfulness topic. It’s a great way to start your weekend mindfully, in a supportive, friendly community setting.
If you attend on Zoom you don’t need to register; just log in* at the meeting start time. To attend in person at the Dexter District Library, you must register in advance at tinyurl.com/second-saturday-may-2022
